Refund Policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If the Client wishes to cancel the contract and requests a refund of the service fee after the application has been submitted to the processing department, the Client will not be eligible for any refund. Furthermore, if the Client cancels the contract agreement, they must pay the remaining balance of the contract value with immediate effect. The contract is valid for one year from the date it is mutually signed by both parties. A refund will only be considered once the validity period of the agreement has expired.
  2. If the Client applies for cancellation before the contract ends or before preparation and submission to our associates inside the country, the Client will not be entitled to any refund. However, the Client may choose to transfer the application to another individual under the current fees; additional charges may apply, if any.
  3. M A Fast Track Services is not responsible for issuing a refund if incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation or information is provided by the Client. In addition, refunds will not be granted in cases where the application is voluntarily withdrawn or canceled due to personal reasons. This application is transferable and can be assigned to another individual. Please also note that the agreement is renewable. If the Client wishes to continue or renew the application after expiration or cancellation, they may do so. M A Fast Track Services will retain a service fee of AED 4,000, and the balance will be refunded. In cases where the Client has paid less than the initial required amount, they will be liable to immediately pay the outstanding balance.
  4. M A Fast Track Services will offer a 100% refund only if we are unable to provide any services within the validity of this agreement. This refund is subject to deductions for any company expenses incurred and our service fee. A refund will only be issued if we have made all reasonable efforts—including attempts to transfer the application to another country or employer—to ensure the success of the application, and there has been no progress or positive outcome by the time the agreement expires.
